Through empty eyes I stare
What they say, I do not care
They always try to say
Things to hurt me anyway
But hollow is my soul
Burned out of its last coal
Hear the echo deep within
Wondering if hollow is a sin
Let words ricochet off me
Watching as they turn and flee
Say I'm cold and that I'm frigid
Say my rules are tough and rigid
Say I'm fat and ugly still
As your eyes still try to kill
But I do not care the least
While you growl like chain up beast
I am in my own soft haven
With wings still blacker than a raven
With nothing but a hollow shell
And through my eyes you still can tell
That you say and what you do
Means not to me, only to you.

AMH-Prelude Prelude: A blonde in the night

Mina sighed, taking in the new scent of the night air. It was frigid, just as she liked it. The rooftop provided a good view. Tonight was one of her nights off and she was taking it all in stride. She looked down onto the streets. Most people were gone, the night holding things like thieves and murderers, so people did not like to be out. She stared down though and saw something that caught her eye. A blonde person, presumably male, going down the street. It had on a red coat and a black outfit, its arms loaded with groceries.
She stood up to get a better look, her long, thin, braid attached to the back of AMH-Prelude by ~minieverfeel

My brother sneaks internet, while I get nothing. And mom just today threatened him, like some great power fell from the sky and smacked her in the head.
In the meanwhile, I get guilt tripped, I feel like crap, I'm an insecure monster. Screw it all!
